Lindt Heaven

The other day Charlie and I went to Clarks Village in Street with, to be honest, one purpose: to take Abi to a Lindt shop!
We did a lot more than just go to one shop though, we went to a Cadbury shop and a Thorntons shop too! (Yes, I am feeling very fat!) We also went to a few clothes shops and book shops and had lunch in Frankie and Benny's!
The highlight of my day of course was the Lindt shop, I couldn't believe how many flavours and colourful wraps there were!
I think it's safe to say that my favourite flavours are Strawberries and Cream and Caramel!
Do you love Lindt chocolate?

My Thorpe Park Adventure

Early last week I went to Thorpe Park with some work friends, it was the first time I'd ever been to a proper theme park so I was very excited!
After a 5am start, we arrived at about half past nine so the queues for the rides were only about 5 minutes long!

We managed to go on all the main rides: Swarm, Saw, X, Nemesis, Colossus and Stealth (which are all roller coasters). I actually found the scariest ride was Rush which is a giant swing which swings at 90 degrees from the ground so you're facing the ground when you're in the air and only strapped in by your hips so it was pretty scary!
I had such a good day, but did come back with a neck ache and sore throat from all my screaming!
Have you ever been?

PHOTOS: Evening at Glastonbury Tor

The other evening my boyfriend and I decided to take a bit of a road trip to Glastonbury Tor to do some timelapses (long exposure photos) with his camera. I thought I'd share some of my favourites with you!

A Day Out At My Godmother's

I adore going to my Godmother's, she owns sooo much land and it all looks so pretty especially in the sun! We went round for some tea and to have a good catch up as well as to show her all my Lake District photos which you can check out HERE.
LOVED the co-ordination, it's so pretty!
After some tea and cake we went to walk the doggies for a bit, there's so much wildlife there and lots of pretty flowers too! On our walk we found a baby frog, toadstall, grasshoppers and lots of blue butterflies!
Thought the clouds were so pretty!
We got given some eggs laid by their chickens, they're so speckly and perfect!
Hope you enjoyed reading about my day out!

A Day Out At Glastonbury

Yesterday we went to Glastonbury for the day to climb the tor and have a little mosey around the town! By the time we got there it was lunch time, I decided to just have a Belgium Bun as I didn't fancy climbing the tor on a completely full stomach!

The weather began to turn as we started to climb the Tor..

A Day Out At The Seaside!

The other day I went out to Sidmouth in Devon, it was quite a nice day when we woke up but after driving for a while the weather decided to turn on us...
British rainy weather whilst driving
Typical British weather!
By the time we actually got there it was lunch time so we headed to a fish and chip shop we'd been to before and bought ourselves mini fish and chips! The fish bits are like little nuggets of fish and taste really nice!

Deckchairs at Sidmouth
Love these colourful deck chairs they have there
After eating we decided to walk off our lunch a bit and walked along the beach which was really nice because the sun was out and shining making the water glisten. We even saw a fisherman (who was fishing from the beach) catch a fish!

We walked round the town for a bit and I managed to buy myself seven postcards (I have a bit of an obsession - expect a post on it soon!) and some things from New Look.
Loving monochrome leggings at the moment
We then went round Connaught Gardens which I love doing as it's high up so you get a great view and there's always nice flowers up there too!

Reminded me of Narnia!

Just before we went back home I decided to buy Calippo Shots to cool me down...little did I know I wouldn't be able to taste any of it until it all turned to slush and could actually slide out of the plastic gap!
Hope you enjoyed reading about my little adventure and HERE's a link for the leggings if anyone is interested.
