I have been doing a wishlist series for several weeks now and as it is my birthday very soon I thought I'd do one for my birthday! I hope you like it!

Lush products (Twilight, The Comforter and Somewhere Over The Rainbow) - I have loved Lush for ages and am yet to try these products I'd really love to try The Comforter especially as it smells so damn good! Buy them HERE

Planetarium projector - I have a MASSIVE thing about all things stars and space and planets at the moment I don't know why or where it came from, but I'd love to have one of these lights in my room, it would look incredible at night! Buy it HERE

Denim jacket - As you may know from a few posts back I recently bought a leather jacket which I love, but as the weather is getting ever so slightly warmer I'd love a lined denim jacket to wear instead for the warmer months, I love this one! Buy it HERE

101 Budget Dishes - I really want to start cooking more for myself and I'd love this book especially as it's meals on a budget! Buy it HERE

Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation - I really want to try this foundation out as I've heard lots of good reviews about it and need another one! Buy it HERE

Real Techniques brushes - At the moment I use Sleek's brush set which is good as a starter pack but I'd love now to have better brushes especially for my foundation! Buy them HERE

Galaxy bed spread - As I've said I have a THING about all things galaxy and really love the colours used in this one! Buy it HERE

Hope you liked this!

Date Night At Frankie & Benny's

The other evening my boyfriend and I went to our local Italian/American called Frankie and Bennies for a meal out. I love this restaurant because the food and drinks are always delicious and I love the overall atmosphere of the place, the music is of an older era perhaps the 1950's/60's (which I love), and the lights go out and people sing when it is someones birthday which I think is a really nice touch!
I ordered a strawberry milkshake which was made with dairy ice cream so it was a nice change from the milkshake syrups or liquids other restaurants use! I then had a New Yorker wrap which was quite spicy for me I think it was the BBQ sauce! It had chicken, bacon, lettuce and other tasty food in it! And with it I got a little pot of coleslaw and quite a few chips!
What food do you eat when you go out?

The Best Pancakes & Sauce!

Unfortunately (or not so unfortunately as it turns out) I was in Venice, Italy on holiday when it was Pancake Day here in the UK so I missed out on my pancakes, but instead enjoyed the views and weather of beautiful Italy!
When I got home however, Mum had kindly bought me some Marks & Spencer's pancakes with butterscotch sauce and OH MY WORD they're the nicest things!
If you like all things sweet - like me - you'll love these! There's plenty of sauce for the pancakes which is good as usually I'm rationing sauce for each pancake as some never seem to come with enough! The pancakes are really nice and fluffy like the American ones everyone always raves about!

Do you like pancakes? What is your favourite topping?

GUEST POST: New Places, New You

This is a guest post Nadia wrote for me from mintblogofbeauty, enjoy!
It's a dark cold evening and I am sipping my tea quietly, thinking over and over my tomorrows-not-so-far-now routine. I have everything planned and all ready for the day that will cherish in my memory like no other. It's a day I start my trip. There has been quite a few days like this and all of them are unique although they have a lot in common. The always start with a sleepless night. I just can't sleep knowing I am 4h away-3h away- from the most exciting experience ever. Before the sun rises, I am already sitting on the edge of the chair counting down the minutes until I can call a taxi and start my journey. For me, it's already started. after taxi, on arrival to the airport, I am all shaken up and anxious to go through the luggage check- so I can enjoy the airport and explore all the little gift shops. Didn't I mention I happen to love airport just as much as any other detail of the trip. It's where the magic begins.

But the most exciting part of each trip is exploring new places. Countries. cities, little streets- from the global to the little details, I love each and every bit. I find something to love in each country I've been to- France, Austria, Hungary, Cyprus, Brazil- and many others all had something to offer me that would make me love the place. Once you have set your foot on the foreign land, you start living another life, exploring your own self through the people you meet, food you try and the history you discover behind each city.

I want to tell you about the two countries which changed me the most. First, The UK. I visited a lot of places in the UK, small towns and big cities, but what it gave me was understanding that everyone is different. Just that, was enough to change me completely and never have me look at life the same way again. Just the respect you see in others, the way they treat others makes you want to change, to be better.

Another thing that changed me was my trip to Brazil. It is a crazy place and the people are very open, although they lack manners and some respect but they do bring out the best in you just by making you try and understand them- you start to think out of the box and life gains a new meaning. You start wanting to try new things, you meet people and learn to understand them. I learn a lot from travelling and I can't imagine a better way to spend a day, week or life than going on trip which maybe will take you not only to a new place but to a new you, to a new life.
