BLOGMAS: DAY 24 - Christmas Eve

Here's another lifestyle post for you chums from when my boyfriend and I went to Bristol we did lots of things like ice-skating, eating in Za Za Bazaar (an all you can eat restaurant with food from many different countries and cultures), shopping in Cabot Circus and Cribbs Causeway, making my first build-a-bear bear, eating a krispy kreme, taking timelapses from Clifton Bridge and many other exciting things. I hope you enjoy the photos!

BLOGMAS: DAY 23 - Favourite Christmas Story

Source
I think the only Christmas story I know is the Nativity story so I'll write it out for you here:

"Over 2000 years ago a woman named Mary was engaged to a man named Joseph, one day an angel appeared to Mary saying she had been chosen to have a special baby - God's baby, named Jesus. Mary and Joseph rode a donkey to Bethlehem, there they tried many Inn's but they were all full so one innkeeper said she could stay in a stable, a few hours later Jesus was born. After the birth an angel appeared to nearby Shepherds telling them they would see the Son of God in Bethlehem, so they went to the stable and saw Jesus. In the East a bright star appeared and three wise men followed the star - it led them to the stable. When the wise men got to the stable they presented gold, frankincense and myrrh. After Jesus' birth, Joseph had a dream to go to Egypt to escape King Herod who was threatening to kill young boys, they left Bethlehem and were safe."

BLOGMAS: DAY 22 - Day In The Life

Today was an exciting day which consisted of us going on a spontaneous drive to LONDON BABY!!! We went to Covent Garden, Oxford Circus, Embankment and Winter Wonderland! I hope you like the photos!

So firstly we went to Embankment where we walked through some of the stalls but to be honest there weren't that many we were a bit disappointed!
Next we went to Covent Garden and walked around Leicester Square a bit, I loved the lights!
The next stop was Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park, I loved all the markets so much! The hot chocolate was £4 but was THE BEST hot chocolate I've had - seriously I've drunk a lot of hot chocolate in my time!
The last stop was Oxford Circus where we just pottered around a bit!
I also bought some bitter lemon from Waterloo Station and some cute sweets (toffee bon bons and jelly teddies) from an old-fashioned sweet shop which was in Leicester Square. On the way home I also managed to down a McDonalds haha!

BLOGMAS: DAY 19 - Preparing For Christmas

Source
I love the build up to Christmas  seeing all the lights and people's Christmas  trees although we only put our decorations today...eek!

To prepare, firstly usually get our Christmas food! This year we have biscuit and crisp selections, mince pies although I don't particularly like them, cheese selection and of course the turkey!

I usually go to see our lights in town being switched on and start getting people's Christmas presents, I am still to wrap some I am shamefully behind this year!

On Christmas Eve we usually only eat a small amount of food to save our stomachs for the next days feast!

Hope you liked this post, how do you prepare for Christmas?
